Inter Solutio d.o.o. for trade and services began implementing the project "Introduction of new ISO standards for the company Inter Solutio d.o.o" on June 1, 2025. The project is being implemented in accordance with the rules of the Call for Grants "Support to Enterprises for Product Certification and Introduction of Management Systems", within the framework of the Competitiveness and Cohesion Program 2021-2027. The Level 1 Intermediary Body is the Ministry of the Economy, and the Level 2 Intermediary Body is the Croatian Agency for Small Businesses, Innovation and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO).

The project aims to improve the quality of services and business processes of the company Inter Solutio d.o.o. through the implementation and certification according to the internationally recognized standards ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (IT service management) and ISO 22301:2019 (business continuity management).
The purpose of the project is to increase the international competitiveness of the company by standardizing processes, ensuring resilience to business risks and adapting services to high client requirements.
Expected results include certified management systems, increased trust of clients and partners, expansion into foreign markets, and growth of income from international projects.
Scope of certification
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 is an internationally recognized standard for IT service management. Its goal is to ensure that IT services meet business goals and user needs through the establishment of quality and efficient processes. The standard provides a framework for aligning IT services with business needs, with an emphasis on optimizing resources, reducing costs and providing better customer support. Certification according to this standard enables companies to increase the trust of clients and business partners because it proves that IT services meet strict international quality and security criteria.
ISO 22301:2019 is a standard that focuses on business continuity. Its purpose is to help companies to recognize and analyze risks that can threaten business processes and to devise strategies for effective management of such situations. This standard ensures that businesses are prepared to respond to challenges such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, loss of key resources or other unforeseen circumstances. ISO 22301 helps companies build resilience and the ability to recover quickly, minimizing financial losses while maintaining the trust of customers and stakeholders.
Project Activities
The main project activity is the Certification of the Management System.
The first step is to select a certification body that will carry out the implementation and certification process, and then a consultant for advisory services in the implementation of the management system according to the requirements of the ISO 22301:2019 and ISO 20000-1:2018 standards.
This is followed by the implementation of the initial and main certification audit along with advisory services and workshops during the implementation.
Responsibilities of the experts who will provide advisory services in the introduction of the management system according to the requirements of the ISO 22301:2019 and ISO 20000-1:2018 standards. include the development of a detailed project plan and the implementation of the alignment project according to the plan, preparation and management of workshops for alignment with the requirements of the relevant standards, development of proposals for solutions for alignment with the requirements of the standards, support for the project team in implementing the identified work process improvements, training the project team to manage the management system, support in the preparation and implementation of internal audits and the Management Board's assessment, and support in the certification process.
The last step is the issuance of a certificate.
In addition to the described activity, the project also carries out the activities of Promotion and Visibility and Project Management.
